While there are many models of the Rainbow cleaning system, here are some recent and important ones throughout the years. Not every model is included on this page.

SRX - 2019

E2 Silver - 2006

E Series - 1998

     The Rainbow E-Series, introduced in 1998, brought modern engineering and design to the Rainbow lineup. D4C Series - 1986

     The Rainbow D4C Series, launched in 1986, was a major technological leap for the Rainbow system. D Gold - 1955

     The Rainbow Model D, often referred to as the Gold Model D, was introduced in 1955 and represented a significant upgrade from previous models. It featured a more refined motor system, better water filtration, and improved durability. The gold-toned finish gave it a distinctive and elegant appearance, making it one of the most recognizable early Rainbow models. Model C - 1950

     Released in 1950, the Rainbow Model C was a major step forward in design and performance. It introduced a more compact, streamlined shape and improved suction power, making it more user-friendly and efficient than earlier models. Model A - 1936

     The very first Rainbow vacuum, introduced in 1936 by Rexair, marked a groundbreaking shift in home cleaning technology. Known as the Rexair Model A, it was the first vacuum to use water-based filtration instead of bags or dry filters. This innovative design trapped dust and allergens in water, preventing them from escaping back into the air. Although bulky by today’s standards, the Model A laid the foundation for the powerful, air-purifying Rainbow systems we know today.
